You can reserve here directly on the site. A 30% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. Due to the high demand, we advise you to book as soon as possible. If you have any doubts, just contact us.
Several options are possible, by bank transfer, Paypal, credit card or cash.
Just contact Pura Vida Motorbike 30 days before the check-in. The total amount of the reservation will be refunded.
You should have passport up to date, motorcycle license for each driver and a credit card.
3 days is the minimum quantity of days.
Departures are from 9:00AM hours of the first day of rental and the return of the vehicle before 3:00PM of the last day with the bike tank full of fuel. After 3:00PM you still have 2 hours to return the vehicle before being charge as an extra day. We are open 7 days a week, all year round. If you wish to extend your rent, please contact us as soon as possible to check the availability.
In case of a contravention, the corresponding amount thereof will be withdrawn from the deposit on the day the infraction occurs.
In case of accident, do not move the vehicle, even if it interferes with traffic and call 800-800-8000. The insurance company will make the declaration for you. Pura Vida Motorbike offers 24 hour assistance. Sebastien at 8730 5677.
You can camp anywhere in Costa Rica, by the sea or near volcanoes. There are many places to sleep, rooms and cheap hotels will be at your disposal on a map of the good deals provided in the Freeride tour. You can see the list of campsites in Costa Rica on ioverlander.com.
Costa Rica is a country with a very low crime rate. To give our customers the maximum security, we include a free alarm padlock for the motorcycle, but your valuables are at your charge.
You drive on the right side of the road in Costa Rica.
You can go to all the places in Costa Rica but you will have to be careful as sometimes some roads are difficult to reach and could be slippery on a motorcycle. Especially during the rainy season.

A comprehensive insurance with all motorcycles is included in all forms of rental.
To be calm in case of injury, Pura Vida Motorbike recommends that you get an international insurance with your bank or similar organization.
The equipment will be delivered at the same time as the motorcycle according to the options you have chosen.
